If payment is made by check, your order will not be shipped until 48 hours have passed and the payment has been fully processed.
If your payment was made via bank transfer, your order will be shipped 24 hours after you have submitted your payment receipt.
For payments made via bank transfer or OXXO, you have 3 days to complete the payment and email your receipt to contacto@lideart.com.mx and ventas@lideart.com.mx, including the sales order number (which begins with L-OV00…) in the email subject line.
If your payment is not received by the 4th day, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been canceled. If you still wish to purchase the items, you will need to place a new order.
Please note that your order cannot be shipped until the corresponding payment receipt is received for bank transfer or OXXO payments. Without proof of payment, we are unable to process your shipment.
All orders placed on business days before 2:00 p.m. (local time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped on the next business day.
A valid photo ID is required when picking up merchandise at any of our branches.
In the unlikely event that equipment or merchandise arrives defective, please contact us at contacto@lideart.com.mx and follow the instructions provided by our team.
Please ensure that your tax information is correct. Re-invoicing will not be processed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you require a tax invoice, please indicate this at the time of purchase and provide all required tax details. Otherwise, we will be unable to issue a corrected invoice afterward.
Dear Customer, please note that in order for us to issue a tax invoice, you must be registered with the SAT (Tax Administration Service). If not, the sale will be processed as “General Public” using the standard pricing.
If a shipment is refused by the customer upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Shipping carriers are external providers and not part of Lideart. Therefore, if your package arrives with visible damage—such as dents, broken seals, torn boxes, wet packaging, or any issue that may compromise the contents—we strongly recommend noting these remarks when signing for the delivery.
Please notify us within 24 hours at contacto@lideart.com.mx, including photos or video. This allows us to report the issue to the carrier if any damage is found upon opening the package. Include your order reference number (the 9-digit code provided in your confirmation email) in the subject line.
Estimated delivery times are 5 to 6 business days, depending on the season. During high-volume periods such as Hot Sale, Buen Fin, and the holiday season, delivery times may extend to 10 to 15 business days.
In accordance with our returns and exchanges policy, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that are in perfect, usable condition. This includes items with no manufacturing defects, no visible damage, and that have been properly handled and stored. If the product meets these conditions, it is considered suitable for its intended use, and therefore returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
