We may request, collect, and store the following Personal Data: a username or alias to operate on the Lideart website, full name, valid identification number or document, physical contact information (such as phone number, home address, email address, etc.).
Lideart does not collect sensitive personal data from its users, such as religious, union-related, racial, or ethnic information.
Lideart may verify the Personal Data provided by consulting public entities, specialized companies, or credit bureaus, for which you expressly authorize us to share such information—including financial and/or asset-related data—with these entities. Any information obtained by Lideart from these sources will be treated confidentially. -
Users who register through a personal social media account (“Personal Account”), or otherwise access Lideart through a Personal Account, expressly consent to Lideart:

Accessing, at any time, all information contained in their Personal Account, including but not limited to Personal Data, interests, preferences, contacts, and any other content stored in their Personal Account.

Adding messages, photos, videos, or any type of content to that account; and sending the User information or messages by email for the purposes outlined in the section “Purpose of Processing Personal Data” below.

Registered users may request the cancellation or closure of their registration, account, or the deletion of their information from the Lideart database at any time. Please refer to the section “Means to Exercise Rights of Access, Cancellation, and Rectification of Personal Data” below.

Lideart automatically collects and stores certain information about the activity of users and visitors on its website. This information may include the URL they come from (whether or not it is on our website), the URL they access next, the browser they use, and their IP addresses. Pages visited, searches performed, posts, purchases or sales, ratings, responses, and forum messages may also be stored and retained.

Lideart accesses the contact lists of mobile devices used by users in order to provide its services. This information is used solely to identify and match phone numbers and/or email addresses of other users. Users authorize Lideart to access and use this information.

Regarding potential users, Lideart does not store names, mailing addresses, banking information, identity card numbers, or any other data that directly identifies a person. Only mobile phone numbers and email addresses are collected.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data
To provide high-quality service and allow users to conduct transactions efficiently and safely, Lideart requires certain Personal Data, including email addresses. To help buyers and sellers contact each other when appropriate according to the transaction type. To share Personal Data (including email addresses and financial or asset-related information) with service providers or outsourcing companies that help improve or facilitate Lideart operations, such as transportation services, payment processors, insurance providers, call centers, loyalty programs, and public or private entities that provide credit information. However, Lideart is not responsible for improper use of Personal Data by these companies or websites.

User Alias
To interact on the platform, users must use an alias that identifies them. Users will not have access to other users’ Personal Data unless they participate together in an Exclusive Auction or have completed a transaction through our platform, at which point both parties will receive each other’s information.

Personal Password

Registered users will be assigned a personal password to access services restricted to account holders. Users must keep this password strictly confidential and must never share or disclose it to others.

Users are responsible for all actions performed using their alias and password, including any fees incurred or damages caused to other users.

Minors
Our services are only available to individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Anyone who does not meet this requirement must not provide Personal Data to be included in our database. Parents or legal guardians may do so on their behalf.

Use of Personal Data by Other Users
To facilitate interaction among members of the Lideart community, our platform provides limited access to certain contact details of other users, such as username, phone number, city, and email address.
Users may only use Personal Data obtained from the platform for:
(a) communications related to Lideart that are not unsolicited commercial messages,
(b) using services offered on Lideart (e.g., payment, insurance, shipment, fraud claims), and

Under no circumstance may a user disclose another user’s Personal Data or email address to a third party without our consent and the consent of the affected user.
Users may not store email addresses of other Lideart users—physically or electronically—without prior express authorization.
