Bank statement cover page including: account holder’s name (must be the same account from which the original payment was made), account number, 18-digit interbank CLABE, and the name of the bank where the refund will be deposited.

Due to tax regulations and company policies, refunds will NOT be issued to any account other than the one from which the original payment was made.

Your personal information is processed and stored on servers and magnetic media that maintain high standards of physical and technological security.
For any situation regarding missing materials, incorrect items, or errors in your order, you have 72 business hours to report the issue to us, and it will be subject to review.
By returning an item, you acknowledge that the refund amount and the method of crediting it may vary depending on the condition of the item, the time you have had it, and the way it was purchased.
If you return a product that is different from the one originally shipped or in a condition different from how it was sent, we will not be able to process your refund.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was shipped. When returning the product, you must protect both the product and its packaging to prevent damage during transport.
There are NO returns or exchanges on cut materials.
We have 24 hours to complete product inspections.
Immediate exchanges are not available.
You have 72 business hours to request any return.
All product accessories and support materials (including tools, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item.
License codes or electronic cards cannot be returned once purchased.
If a refund must be processed through the Conekta payment method, a minimum waiting period of 30 business days is required.
In accordance with our returns and exchange policy, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that are in perfect, usable condition. This includes items with no manufacturing defects, no visible damage, and that have been properly handled and stored. If the product meets these conditions, it is considered suitable for its intended use, and therefore returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
