Shipping services may be selected by the customer from the available options: PaqueteExpress and Estafeta Standard, except in cases where free shipping applies, which is granted only for orders over $2,000 MXN that meet the required purchase conditions.

Shipping costs range from $165.45 MXN to $434.57 MXN, depending on the quantity and/or weight of the customer’s order.

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days once the purchase order has been confirmed.

If payment is made by check, the order will not be shipped until 48 hours have passed and the payment has been fully processed.
If the payment method is bank transfer, the order will be shipped 24 hours after the payment receipt has been submitted.

Dear customer, if you suspect that your package is damaged, please do not accept it and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Once the package is signed for and opened, any warranty claim with the sender becomes invalid.
